1) Chambers passing CR test

  a) Chamber passing CR test this week: EML3A11, EMS5A10, EMS5A16
  b) Total number of chambers passing test at CERN: 33

2) Chambers in progress

  EML4C03: start CR test
EMS4C04: installing FC for HV and SHH cards.
EML3A09: epoxy tubelets finished, glued survey target stickers.
EMS4A02: started epoxy to tubelet half jumper location (US brass tubelets).

3) Chambers in hospital

EMS5C14: epoxy applied to the location between AL ring and noryl for
all tubes. Cured three days and pressurized with Helium to 3
bars. We are now measuring its leak rate.

4) Problems and other issues

  a) One tube of EMS5A16 has about 6 mm displacement towards RO
direction. Alan saved this tube by drilling a hole on the SHH card,
and soldering the capacitor to the pin. Otherwise this tube would
have to be killed. CR test shows no problem with this tube.

  b) EMS4C04 also has a tube shifted about 4-5 mm toward RO
direction. This tube was saved by cutting the pin on signal cap.

  c) Claudio has trained Alan, Reza and Bingyun to be able to set DAQ
system for CR test, copy data, and run the analysis program. we are
now training Li. Hopefully this will reduce Claudio's heavy burden
  on CR test.

  d) The DAQ system for UW is still not working properly. This problem
needs to be solved urgently. They have no chamber CR tested yet
until today. I arranged to free one of UM DAQ system for UW from now
to Monday. hopefully they can make full use of UM system and work
their chambers out. they have three chambers are ready for CR test.

  e) The storage location in bldg 184 has been fully rearranged. >1/2
of the area is now ready for UW to store their parts and
tools. thanks to Robert for his effort to arrange empty the area.
