1) Chambers passing CR test a) Chambers passing CR test this week: EML5A07, EML5A11, EML5C11 b) Total number of chambers passing CR test at CERN: 80!!! This are the last EML5 chambers and therefore till here we have worked out all 80 chambers. However, many need to be redone (replace mezz cards and redo CR test). c) Chambers redone: EMS4C10, EMS4C16, EMS4C02, EML3A07 2) Problems and other issues a) DAQ systems for CR test are not yet back to normal. So far of the 3 UM systems, only 1 can be used for CR test. Claudio, Jeff and Tiesheng are still working on them. this problem has to be solved as early as possible since our speed is limited by the DAQ systems for the CR test. b) As Bing reported last week, chamber transportation is still a problem. I contacted the transportation team today and was told that we MAY get 7 chambers next Monday. In addition to this 7 chambers ordered, I asked for another 6 chambers to be transported to bldg 184 next Wed. I took all Bob gave me in my baggage. Unfortunately my baggage has not yet arrived in Geneva. I hope it is not lost. Zhengguo Zhao
