Definitions of the numbers listed in Summary table:
N(total) = number of chambers to be worked or reworked at CERN in phase I
N(finished) = Number of chamber that have been finished
N(this week) = number of chamber

1. Summary table

        N(total) N(finished) N(this week)
UM 80 79 0
BMC 80 0 1
UW 80 52 6

List of chambers finished this week: 7
  UW: EIL4A13, EIL4C15, EIL4C13, EIL4A01
       EML2C07, EML1A09
  BMC: EMS1C12

2. Chambers in progress

  UW chambers
EML1C03: CR test done, need cabling and test of T sensors and inplane
         system
EIL4A05: CR test done, need cabing for T sensors and inplane system.
    EIL4A11: Taking CR data
    EML2A01: Just opened box.
EMS1A14: Rework for mezz card scan

  BMC chamber
   EMS1A14: Measure dark current

4. Problems and other issues

  a) Chamber transportation. There is no chamber transportation till
today due to frozen and slippery road since last weekend.

So EML4A07, the dropped chamber in bldg180, is still in bldg188.

  b) ML2-1-47 of EIL4A13 has longer Tmax. we do find one tubelet has
blockage and it was treated. we have taken all measure we can think
about and the problem stays. this chamber has been worked for two
weeks and we decide to leave this tube as it is now.

  d) With great effort from Paul and Matt, as well as the two UW
students, we are overcoming the bottle neck -- cabling and test of T
  sensors and inplane system.

  e) From the first BMC chamber we worked out, we feel that BMC
chamber has done a very good job in terms of chamber integration. we
are impresed by what we have seen by eye right after opening the
box. This is particularly true when saw how nicely the cables were
looped and fixed on the chamber.

Bing, Alex and I have worked out a working package and produced
  traveler for BMC chambers.

  f) The counting of finished the chambers is more reliable starting
from this message. It was a mess in the past week due to too many
chambers piled in the hall, and we were in a process of dealing with
EIL4 chambers which request special cabling.
