Definitions of the numbers listed in Summary table:
N(total) = number of chambers to be worked or reworked at CERN in phase I
N(finished) = number of chamber that have been finished
N(this week) = number of chamber finished this week

Total 240 141 4

2. Chambers finished this week:

  UW: EIL4A07, EML2C11, EIL4A13
  BMC: EMS1A10

3. Chambers in progress

  UW chamber
EIL4C05: CR test done, doing cabling and test T sensors and
             inplane system
EIL4C03: CR test done, doing cabling and test of T sensors and
             inplane ssytem
EIL4C01: Ready for cr test (DAQ program needs to be modified to
adapt the special Mezz cable maping, Tieshen and Jeff are
             working on it)
EIL4A15: Recertifying leak rate of the top ML
    EML1C13: Taking CR data
    EML1A07: Dark current test
EML1C03: Still waiting for gluing and testing Brandeis T sensors

  BMC chamber
     EMS1A04: Taking CR data

  UM chamber

EML4A07: Continue taking data for trigger panel at the position
of the middle of the chamber. This afternoon we will
move the panel to the HV end and take CR data over the
weekend. By then we will have measurement for three
positions, i.e. HV and RO ends plus middle.

4. Problems and other issues

  a) Cabling and testing of T sensor and inplane system becomes a
bottleneck again and we should try our best to overcome
it. Otherwise these chambers occupy space and slowdown our speed.

  b) The past week and the next week won't reach our planed speed-6
     chambers/week, for the reason:

     - bottleneck from the UW chamber cabling and T sensor testing
     - we have only 2 trigger panels since last weekend (EML4A07 needs
to be tested for another week)

  c) The four BMC chambers worked out here shown that BMC chambers
have good quality in terms of test of leak rate, dark current,
and commisioning the chamber with cosmic rays.

  d) We would like to once more remind both UW and BMC sites to pay
great attention on the parts. Only you knows your chambers status
and what parts are missing on your chambers. So please go over
your record and list and check them.
