Definitions of the numbers listed in Summary table:
N(total) = number of chambers to be worked or reworked at CERN in phase I
N(finished) = number of chamber that have been finished
N(this week) = number of chamber finished this week

1. Summary table

           N(total) N(finished) N(this week)
UM 80 80 0
BMC 80 20 4
UW 80 80 4
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Total 240 180 8

Chambers finished this week:
  UW: EML1A03, EML1C11, EML2A03, EMS2A06
  BMC: EMS1A12, EMS1C06, EIS2A06, EIS2A10

3. Chambers in progress

  UW chambers
EMS2A06: On the rotator it has been counted as being completed
because it is. However, we are rerunning to CR test to
check a couple of noisy sections in the chamber. It was
found that the H8 chambers had a resistor to ground at
the HV inputs which accounted for the noisy sections.
Phase 1 integration is COMPLETE for UW chambers.

  UM chambers

EML4A07: Test finished and additional gluing has been done on the
chamber injured area. The chamber has been removed from
the rotator to its box. It will now be recrated and sent
to storage once the decision has been made that more
             testing is not required.

EML4C07: This chamber is scheduled to go to the X-ray tomograph
The Michigan chamber EML4C07 has already been planned and
is in the tomograph schedule from 29/3/2005 to 4/4/2005.

Regarding BMC - we have also measured EMS1C_BMC_064 (EMS1C16
    February 2005). EIS2A02 (BMC033) is a good choice, I schedule it
from 4/4/2005 - 11/4/2005 - again Claude will take care of the
    internal transport request.

  BMC chambers
EIS2C12: Is leak tight and is awaiting parts from BMC to complete
             its integration

4. Problems and other issues:

  a) Regarding BMC chambers to the X-ray tomograph. Silvia says, "We
     have also measured EMS1C_BMC_064 (EMS1C16 February 2005). EIS2A02
(BMC033) is a good choice, I schedule it from
     4/4/2005-11/4/2005".

  b) We have now finished Phase I work on UM and UW chambers. We have
begun to gather tools, tables, carts, etc. for the move to
Bldg. 180 for Phase II work. The goal is to setup 2 assembly
work stations in 180 for that work as soon as possible.

  c) Work continues in Bldg. 184 on the BMC chamber integration once
they arrive. We request that BMC also send tools for working on
faraday cages, ETs and whatever else you have used to integrate
your chambers. There will be a shortage of tools in 184 once we
have moved into Phase II in 180. We will also need the BMC gas
mixing system since the system here in 184 will also be needed in
180 and will not avail. for work in 184.

  d) Finally, congratulations to all who have worked so hard to reach
this point of moving chambers through the Phase I level for all
UW and UM chambers. It is time for a small celebration party.
