Description of ROHH and HVHH files
 ==================================

 1. ROHH_MTF1.txt, ROHH_MTF2.txt, HVHH_MTF1.txt, HVHH_MTF2.txt =>
   Files of chamber readout (RO) and high voltage (HV) hedgehog card
   serial numbers.  Each line of is a tab separated list as follows:

   CHAMBER ID ML STEP TYPE CHAN
     where 
     CHAMBER = chamber name, e.g. eml1a01
     ID      = hedgehog ID
     ML      = multilayer
     STEP    = Step number 
     TYPE    = Card type (1 or 2)
     CHAN    = Mezz card readout channel

  2.  ROHH_MTF_FINAL1.txt, HVHH_MTF_FINAL1.txt => Files with "final"
    chamber hedgehog numbers. File #1 contains only data from EIL4,
    EML, and EMS chambers which are ready for installation and whose
    numbers are not expected to change anymore.  EI and EO chambers
    will be handled by later "MTF_FINAL" files as they are readied.
    Note that some chambers (such as most EML5 chambers) never had had
    HH card numbers recorded and so are entirely missing from these
    files.

    Files have 1 line of data per chamber, a tab separated list of
    data.  The format is the same as above, with the addition of a
    FLAG defined below

    Format:
   CHAMBER ID ML STEP TYPE CHAN FLAG(s)
    FLAG values:   NEW => ID not in previous MTF files

                   DUP => ID is a duplicate.  In the case of
                          duplicates the chambers which share this
                          duplicate are listed
 
                   UNK => Indicates that ID is unknown.  Unknown IDs
                          appear as 0's
