Description of MEZZSN files
 ===========================

 1. MEZZSN_MTF1.txt, MEZZSN_MTF2.txt => Files of chamber mezz card serial
   numbers.   Files have 1 line of data per mezz card, a tab separated list
   of data as follows:

   CHAMBER MEZZSN ML STEP CHAN CABLE_LEN
     CHAMBER = chamber name, e.g. eml1a01
          ML = multilayer
        STEP = Step number
        CHAN = Mezz card readout channel
   CABLE_LEN = cable length (cm)

  2.  MEZZSN_MTF_FINAL1.txt, MEZZSN_MTF_FINAL2.txt => Files with
    "final" chamber electronics serial numbers. 

    Files have 1 line of data per chamber, a tab separated list of
    data.  The format is the same as above, with the addition of a
    FLAG which indicates which (if any) of the ID numbers has changed
    relative to the earlier files.  All chambers of a given type are
    listed with the FLAG indicating which of the ID numbers has
    changed relative to the earlier files.

    Format:
   CHAMBER MEZZSN ML STEP CHAN CABLE_LEN FLAG
     CHAMBER = chamber name, e.g. eml1a01
          ML = multilayer
        STEP = Step number
        CHAN = Mezz card readout channel
   CABLE_LEN = cable length (cm)
   FLAG values:   NEW => chamber not in previous MTF files
                   ID => mezz card ID changed
                 CHAN => mezz card channel changed (should not occur)
                CABLE => mezz card cable length changed
