Time for spring wildflower walks!

Spring is here! The earliest wildflowers are already above ground in Eberwhite Woods, and it's time to make final plans for the spring wildflower walks.

The Eberwhite Woods Committee is organizing spring wildflower walks for the Eberwhite Elementary School. Each class will tour with woods with a teacher and parent guides for 45-60 minutes to view the beautiful wildflowers the Woods offers each spring. The walks will take place Early May, 2006. Parent guides are needed to go with the classes and conduct the walks. If you are interested please contact John Seldon

We will be holding the training sessions listed below during which we will go into the woods to practice the walk and locate some of the flowers. Please sign up for any one of sessions we have planned.

Training Sessions - (Meet at the west (big kid's) playstructure):

Session 1 Sunday, April 30, 4:00 pm
Session 2 Monday, May 1, 9:00 am
Session 3 Tuesday, May 2, 4:00 pm
